Refund and Returns Policy

At NextPoint, we are committed to providing high-quality career services tailored to each client’s unique needs. Due to the nature of our services, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

Refunds

Since our services involve personalized coaching, resume building, and digital career solutions, all sales are final once a service has been delivered. However, we are dedicated to customer satisfaction and offer revisions to ensure the best results.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

If a service has not yet been started, a full refund may be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

One-on-One Coaching Sessions: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost. Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.

Resume & Profile Services: If work has started on a resume, LinkedIn profile, or career package, a refund is not available. However, revisions are offered to ensure satisfaction.
